The problem we saw
Most fleet management software is built for enterprise carriers with hundreds of trucks and dedicated IT staff. Owner-operators and small carriers with 1-50 trucks get stuck choosing between overpriced enterprise tools, stitching together 5 separate apps that don't talk to each other, or running everything on spreadsheets and text messages.
A 10-truck carrier paying for McLeod (dispatch), Fleetio (maintenance), Motive (driver), WEX (fuel), and Shipwell (carrier portal) is spending $800+/month on software that doesn't share data. When a load is delivered, someone still has to manually create the invoice. When a driver logs fuel, it doesn't flow into IFTA calculations.
What we built
FleetKit is 7 integrated apps in one platform: Dispatch, Yard, Maintain, Fuel, Driver, HaulDesk (carrier portal), and an AI copilot that works across everything. Every app shares the same data — a delivered load auto-generates an invoice, a fuel entry flows into IFTA calculations, a DVIR inspection creates a maintenance work order.
All of this for $99/month. Not per truck. Not per driver. Flat rate for up to 25 trucks and all 7 apps.
