Do you charge per truck or per driver?+
No. Pro is a flat $99/mo with a 25-truck cap. Adding drivers never adds cost. Cross the cap and we talk Enterprise — no surprise overage.
Is the AI included?+
Pilot chat and MCP (Claude/ChatGPT) are on every paid plan. The premium AI employees — Receptionist (phone) and Pilot (dispatcher) — are priced separately because voice minutes and heavy agent work cost real money.
What's the deal with Logbook pricing?+
The software's in Pro. The ELD itself is a $149 one-time connector plus $25/truck/mo — and unlike Motive or Samsara, there's no multi-year lease. Cancel whenever.
Can I use just one app?+
Yes. Free includes one app of your choice. Pro unlocks all thirteen and, more importantly, lets them talk to each other.
Is there an annual discount?+

Do I have to switch my ELD, fuel card, or load board?+
No. FleetKit is stack-neutral — bring your own ELD, WEX/Comdata/EFS card, and load board. Move to ours when you're ready, not before.
